Terms and Conditions

for Eyelash Extensions

1. General
1.1. By booking an appointment for eyelash extensions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

2. Health and Safety

2.1. Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the eyelash extension procedure.
2.2. Clients should not have had eye surgery or similar procedures within the past 6 months.
2.3. Eyelash extensions should be performed on healthy lashes. Clients with damaged or weak lashes may be refused service.

3. Appointment Policy

3.1. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3.3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and incur a fee.

4. Eyelash Extension Care

4.1. Clients are provided with aftercare instructions and must follow them to maintain the longevity and health of their eyelash extensions.
4.2. Avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and excessive rubbing or pulling of the extensions.
4.3. It is recommended to book fill-in appointments every 2-3 weeks to maintain the appearance of the extensions.

5. Liability

5.1. The salon and technicians are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may occur as a result of the eyelash extension procedure.
5.2. Clients assume full responsibility for the care and maintenance of their eyelash extensions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1. If you are not satisfied with your eyelash extensions, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to address your concerns.

7. Photography and Privacy

7.1. With your permission, we may take photographs of your eyelash extensions for marketing and promotional purposes. Your identity will be kept confidential.
7.2. Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for appointment and service-related purposes.

8. Payment

8.1. Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated.
