for Nail Services

1. General

1.1. By booking an appointment for nail services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

2. Health and Safety

2.1. Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the nail service procedure.
2.2. Nail services should be performed on healthy nails. Clients with fungal infections, warts, or other nail disorders may be refused service.
2.3. Clients should avoid shaving or waxing their legs at least 24 hours prior to a pedicure to prevent irritation.

3. Appointment Policy

3.1. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may resu

3.3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and incur a fee.

4. Nail Service Care

4.1. Clients are provided with aftercare instructions and must follow them to maintain the longevity and health of their nails.
4.2. Avoid using nails as tools, exposing them to harsh chemicals, and excessive water exposure to maintain the durability of the nail service.
4.3. Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to ensure the quality and health of the nails.

5. Liability

5.1. The salon and technicians are not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of the nail service procedure.
5.2. Clients assume full responsibility for the care and maintenance of their nails post-service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1. If you are not satisfied with your nail service, please contact us within 48 hours of your app

6.2. Adjustments or corrections will be made at the discretion of the technician.

7. Photography and Privacy

7.1. With your permission, we may take photographs of your nail services for marketing and promotional purposes. Your identity will be kept confidential.
7.2. Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for appointment and service-related purposes.

8. Payment

8.1. Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated.
