Terms and Conditions

for Waxing Services

1. General

1.1. By booking an appointment for waxing services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

2. Health and Safety

2.1. Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the waxing procedure.

2.2. Waxing services should not be performed on clients with active skin infections, rashes, or other skin conditions that could be exacerbated by waxing.

2.3. Clients should avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and certain skincare products (e.g., retinoids) before and after waxing to prevent skin irritation.

3. Appointment Policy

3.1. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before

the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3.3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and incur a fee.

4. Pre-Waxing Care

4.1. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for effective waxing. Clients should allow sufficient time between waxing appointments to achieve this length.

4.2. Clients should exfoliate gently and avoid lotions or oils on the day of their appointment to prepare the skin for waxing.

5. Post-Waxing Care

5.1. Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions and must follow them to maintain skin health and prevent complications.

5.2. Avoid hot baths, saunas, tight clothing, and excessive sweating for 24-48 hours after waxing.

5.3. Clients should apply soothing products as recommended by the technician to reduce irritation and prevent ingrown hairs.

6. Liability

6.1. The salon and technicians are not liable for any

allergic reactions, infections, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of the waxing procedure.

6.2. Clients assume full responsibility for following pre- and post-waxing care instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize adverse effects.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1. If you are not satisfied with your waxing service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to address your concerns.

7.2. Adjustments or corrections will be made at the discretion of the technician.

8. Payment

8.1. Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated.

8.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
